DEVELOPER and investment company Prospect (GB) has completed two deals at its newly-launched Meridian Business Village, in Hunts Cross.
Liverpool legal services firm Gilligan Legal Costs Management is leasing a 1,380 sq ft self-contained office building in the first phase of the 40,000 sq ft scheme and Minster Cleaning Services contract cleaning company is purchasing premises of the same size, following its relocation from Queens Dock Business Centre.
Minster Cleaning Services’ managing director, David Charlton, said: "Minster Cleaning Services is almost 10 years old and We felt that the time was right to buy.
"Meridian offered good quality, easily maintained premises of an appropriate size to accommodate growth, and is situated in an emerging area."
Jane Thompson, Prospect’s development manager, said: "We have had absolute confidence in this scheme from the outset, and these early deals affirm our faith.
"Our aim is to accommodate all office occupier needs by offering a range of leasing and purchasing options, including inclusive licence agreements which will benefit certain companies who require flexibility and certainty with monthly outgoings."
The Meridian Business Village comprises 22 units in blocks of two, three, four and five. Joint agents are GVA Grimley and Hitchcock Wright & Partners.
