DEVELOPER Python Properties has this week announced that it will have completed its £1m upgrade of Bank Quay House, Warrington, by the end of this month.
The building is situated on Sankey Street opposite Warrington’s Town Hall and famous ‘Golden Gates’.
The first occupants, The Business Federation Group and recruitment specialists Kinetic are already operating from the premises and occupy 1,700 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft respectively.
