A BUILDING at one of Haydock’s most high-profile office locations is undergoing a makeover.
Bilsdale Properties is in the process of carrying out a refurbishment of No1 The Parks.
Work on the detached two-storey building is expected to complete in November and will offer accommodation ranging from 6,425 to 13,271 sq ft.
Fronting the A49, the self-contained office benefits from air conditioning, a CCTV system and 65 car parking spaces.
“The Parks’ proximity to Manchester and Liverpool gives it a distinct advantage in terms of location,” said Richard Wharton of King Sturge, joint agents on the scheme with Bailey Deakin Hamiltons.
“Once complete, No. 1 The Parks will provide occupiers with high-quality accommodation at a competitive market price.”
Located on Junction 23 of the M6, The Parks provides over 120,000 sq ft of prime office accommodation across 15 buildings.
