Redrow site offered to the market

PROPERTY giant DTZ has been retained to dispose of the former Redrow offices at Priory Court in Pres- ton Brook, Cheshire.
Constructed by CDP Developments in 2000, the building is a two-storey self-contained office of 9,993 sq ft.
It is available on a leasehold basis quoting a rent of £14 per sq ft exclusive, or as freehold, inviting offers in the region of £1.7m. It is near Junction 11 of the M56, in Cheshire.
Chris Lloyd, associate director of office agency at DTZ, said: “Given the building’s strategic location, we anticipate interest will be expressed from both investors and occupiers.”
