PROPERTY giant DTZ has been retained to dispose of the former Redrow offices at Priory Court in Pres- ton Brook, Cheshire.

It is available on a leasehold basis quoting a rent of £14 per sq ft exclusive, or as freehold, inviting offers in the region of £1.7m. It is near Junction 11 of the M56, in Cheshire.
