SUTTON Kersh is holding its next property auction tomorrow.
The catalogue of 99 lots includes residential, commercial and mixed-use investment opportunities.
They include a redevelopment opportunity on Highgate Street in Wavertree, comprising a block of four vacant town houses with a guide of £110,000 plus.
Lot 43 is a mixed-use, three-storey mid terrace on Aigburth Road with a guide of £110,000.
Sutton Kersh managing director Paul Sutton is urging potential investors to take advantage of large drops in property prices due to the current economic turmoil.
He said: “If ever the time was right to buy that time is now. Prices are bottoming out, lending is cheaper and the banks have been given money to lend. Anyone with cash looking to invest in property would certainly consider doing so now.”
The auction is at 11am at the Marriott Hotel, Liverpool.
