Surveyor quits firm and sets up business

FORMER GVA Grimley property agent Roy Backhouse has announced he has set up his own property consultancy – Roy Backhouse Co Chartered Surveyors.
Backhouse left property agent GVA Grimley’s Liverpool office just over a week ago, and wasted no time in setting up his own company, launching Roy Backhouse Co two days later.
Although only in business for just over a week, he now jointly handles part of developer Langtree’s commercial, industrial and office portfolio – Wellington Employment Park South industrial scheme, Venture Point West industrial site, Alchemy in Knowsley, and Connect Business Village, in north Liverpool.
