GROSVENOR will tomorrow officially unveil its refurbishment of three office buildings within its Liverpool One development.
The three sites – Russell Building, Compton House and Stanley Building – will between them provide around 35,000 sq ft of office space.
Dating back to the 19th century, the buildings are being refurbished and transformed as part of the £1bn regeneration project and will be ready for occupation in September, 2008.
Ed Webb, a development surveyor at Grosvenor said: “Liverpool One will not just be a retail and leisure destination, it will also be a place to live and work.”
“The provision of 35,000 sq ft of high quality office space will enable companies to work and operate within the largest development of its kind in Europe.”
