CONSTRUCTION companies in Merseyside have little loyalty to their existing law firms, according to a survey.
Less than 40% of construction companies throughout the region always instruct the same solicitor, with 58.5% regularly changing legal services supplier, according to North West law firm Halliwells.
The survey questioned 7,027 construction and building-related organisations in Merseyside, the North West and Northern Ireland.
“The research shows that a law firm is only as good as its last job,” said David Rawlinson, partner at Halliwells.
“The challenge for law firms is to constantly improve their service levels to retain clients.”
