Sale notches up success

ACTING on behalf of PPG Land/Bracken Developments, DTZ and GVA Grimley have advised on the sale of another industrial unit at Cross 580, on Haydock Cross Industrial Estate, for £560,000.

Intrinsic Technology has bought Unit 7, at Cross 580, in Haydock, totalling 8,798 sq ft.Š

This now means that over one third of the units at the scheme have been sold since its launch seven months ago.

The scheme comprises two buildings which have been extensively refurbished into 17 self-contained business units.

Other occupiers include Prestige Plumbing, H20 and Transmann, and agents have already reported “strong interest” in the remaining units.
