£2m office revamp

ZURICH Assurance is about to start the marketing of its five-storey Water Street office complex after a £2m refurbishment.

The fit-out and maintenance service firm has created a modern multi-use environment at Norwich House.

Scott Langshaw, Morris & Spottiswood contracts manager, said: “Norwich House now draws an interesting contrast between the past and the future.”

The fit out included the creation of open plan office accommodation with a large lobby and reception area.
