Recruitment firm manager seizes fresh opportunity

MERSEYSIDE recruitment firm Scantec Personnel has promoted Adam Spelman to divisional director of its trades division.
Prior to his promotion, Mr Spelman was manager of the division with a team of nine consultants.
He joined Scantec in September, 2002, as a recruitment consultant in the mechanical division.
When an opportunity arose to move across to develop the trades side, which was in its infancy, Mr Spelman jumped at the opportunity.
In his new role, as well as further develop- ing the trades side, his responsibilities will involve the strategic planning of the whole of the business.
